Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a 170,103-square-foot, six-story above grade, 55-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The proposed project is for a mixed-use structure that would provide residential, childcare and at grade space (225 sqm) available for office space for MNBC or other commercial uses (pending zoning). The building proposes 55 units in studio, 1-2-, and 3-bedroom layouts, and is 6 storeys in height, in addition to a partially underground parkade. There are currently two legal properties that will be consolidated into one lot. The properties will require amendments to the District's Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaws. 3656 Raymond Street South is zoned P-1 Assembly Zone, and 307/309 Brunswick Place is zoned RD-1 Two Family Dwelling Zone. TIMELINE: Design is underway. The project is pending development permit approval. Services for construction management was awarded for the project. Further update in early 2026.
