This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Work cover under this requirement comprises of construction services for sprinkler head replacement for the Living units NA-1,2,3,4, NB-1,2,3,4, NC-1,2,3,4, NE-1,2,3,4, NF-1,2,3,4 at William Head Institution located at 6000 William Head Rd, Victoria, BC. The successful Contractor will provide replacement and spares for the sprinkler heads listed below,Residential Pendants 155 DEG = 342 + 10 sparesResidential Sidewalls 155 DEG = 276 + 10 sparesWax coated Sidewalls 286 DEG = 40 + 5 sparesCommercial Brass Uprights 200 DEG = 5 sparesTyco W7 type head wrench = 5 Total # of heads to be replaces = 688 spread over 20 buildings. Living unit fire suppression systems may not be left disabled overnight, all systems must be recharged prior to contractor leaving site. Contractor must perform and complete the work within fifteen (15) weeks of contract award notification.
