Reeves Estates subdivision Water distribution replacement and sewer lift station decommissioning. Work Includes: The installation of water mains and all associated infrastructure, to meet current standards, for: Dewar Drive (approx. 730m). Matwood Drive (approx. 475m). MacIntosh Drive (approx. 460m). Jane Crescent (approx. 240m). Orchard Drive (approx. 480m). Elizabeth Crescent (approx. 260m). Future connection stub at MacIntosh Drive and Hollis Avenue transition. Connection to existing 200mm water main at Reeves Boulevard and MacIntosh Drive intersection. Fire hydrants and all associated valves and piping. New water services to replace each existing water service, extending from new main to each existing curb stop. Each existing curb stop shall have its own dedicated service back to the main. Maintenance of customer water supply throughout the project duration. Abandonment of existing water mains and associated infrastructure. Abandonment of existing water main at wells on Reeves Boulevard and construction of a metered self-serve bulk water fill station. The installation of approximately 350m of sanitary sewer gravity main and all associated infrastructure, including service reconnections, from the existing lift station to a receiving manhole located off of Hollis Avenue via Dewar Drive and an existing sewer easement, or other suitable route. Demolition and decommissioning work required at the existing sewer lift station to complete the conversion to a gravity system, including decommissioning of the force main. Remediation work and all other incidentals and appurtenances required for the completion of the work. TIMELINE: Plans complete. Tender and construction timing to be finalized pending funding approval. Further update may be early/spring 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
