Tyler Junior College is accepting Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal for selection of a vendor to provide supplies, equipment and installation of a new chiller at the Main Campus Satellite Plant. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any informality. Properly received submittals WILL NOT be returned to Respondents. Selected vendor will be required to submit Form 1295 through the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC).
