Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,000-square-foot retail development; for the demolition of a retail development; for site work for a retail development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A single-story retail store with a gross square footage of 8,968 divided between sales floor and warehouse. The existing retail store will be expanded to include a ~4,000 square foot addition consisting of masonry walls, storefront glass, and new roof. The existing retail portion will be renovated to include new finishes and a walk-in cooler. Associated site work includes a parking lot expansion and new drive access. The last day to submit RFIs has been extended to Tuesday, July 22nd , 2025 at 12 PM EST. An Addendum to address all questions will be posted no later than Thursday, July 24 th, 2025, at 4 PM EST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified on the proposals for the performance of the contract. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of thirty (30) days from the opening thereof. Minority business entities are encouraged to bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Town of Ocean Isle Beach in an amount at least equal to one percent (1%) of the total amount of the bid.
