Weiser School District #431 is soliciting bids for the following project: WEISER HIGH SCHOOL TRACK REPLACEMENT 690 W. INDIANHEAD ROAD WEISER, IDAHO 83672 The project name, number, and bid submission deadline date and time must clearly appear on the face of the bid envelope. Bid envelopes must be addressed to: Weiser School District #431, ATTN: Kenneth Dewlen, Superintendent, 925 Pioneer Road, Weiser, Idaho 83672. Bids must be delivered prior to the bid opening. Electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in an amount no less than 5% of the Base Bid. Acceptable forms of Bid guarantee include certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond issued by a bonding company licensed to do business at the locality of the project as surety on an AIA A310-2010 Bid Bond form made payable to Weiser School District #431. Bidders must hold a current Idaho Public Works Contractors License. Weiser School District #431 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
