This will include demo and removal of existing well house structures and foundations, repair and additional installation in kind of existing security fencing, installation of level transducers in the wells, installation of pitless adapter units on the well heads, reconnection and routing of yard piping under and up into the structure footprint, construction of concrete strip footing foundations, and furnishment and installation of precast concrete well house structures. Installation of the well house structures will include furnishment of all new water process piping, mechanical/HVAC equipment. One well house will require the additional construction of a 2 hour fire rated partitioned room and the installation of a chlorine gas treatment system therein. The chlorine gas treatment system will require routing and connection of piping for the chlorine feed, as well as plumbing a water line off the piping header to a hot water heater and to an emergency shower and eyewash assembly. The structure housing the chlorine treatment system will require furnishment and installation of alarm safety panels and sensors to be integrated into emergency alarm and shutoff systems. Installation of electrical conduit and installation of smoke, heat, and fire sensing devices for the safety panels shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Power delivery and SCADA integration for all other process equipment and appurtenances will require coordination with the third party SCADA/Electrical Contractor. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
