Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This program constructs new sidewalks and restores existing sidewalks to provide for continuous compliant pedestrian connectivity. The program will improve connectivity by extending the network of pedestrian routes in the Oakland neighborhood and by adding to the City's multi-modal transportation system. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) contractual provisions apply to this project. Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: All bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documentsshall be submitted only through the City of Topeka's e-Procurement System at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids.
