Acceptance and Rejection of Bids: the Chillicothe City Council Has the Right to Accept the Bid Which in Its Judgment is the Lowest and Best Bid, and to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities, Omissions, Oversights, or Irregularities in Any Bid. Scope of Work The work to be performed shall include labor, materials and equipment necessary for the following: A. Remove sod and repair lips on grass areas along/around base lines, pitcher's mound, home plate and outfield grass lines. B. Prep and grade infield area for new sod installation and install new sod to appropriate dimensions. See attached "Infield Dimensions/Guidelines" for correct standards. C. Remove any loose clay/ballfield material on skinned areas around first, second and third base and add packing clay. D. Add All-Sport Infield conditioner to skinned areas of infield, home plate and baselines. E. Add Classic Infield mix to skinned areas of infield, home plate and baselines. F. Blend and till existing infield material with new infield mix to skinned areas of infield, home plate and baselines. G. Laser (set grades) for infield elevations and positive drainage. H. Roll and compress the finished grade of infield mix on skinned areas of infield, home plate and baselines
