Renovation services for the Public Safety Building shall include, but not be limited to, the following Scope of Work, as described in the Drawings and other Contract Documents Demo existing walls, ceilings, doors, electrical, and floors to accommodate new floorplan. Install new walls, ceilings, doors, electrical, and floors that will modify the space to include two (2) new conference rooms; six (6) new offices; two (2) new bathrooms; one (1) new IT room; and several storage spaces throughout. Demo existing plumbing: Sewer, domestic water, and geothermal water lines Demo of the above plumbing components will need to be done in stages so as not to disrupt the surrounding areas throughout the entire building. The awarded Contractor shall submit a detailed sequence of demolition for approval by the Owner prior to commencing any work.
