The City of Fountain Valley is seeking the services of qualified public works and engineering design professionals to perform utility design services including the preparation of “Turn Key” Design Plans, Estimates and Specifications for the City. 1. All design elements shall be compliant with the applicable City, State, and Federal standards, including ADA. 2. Where the City has secured grant funding, all design packages shall include provisions to maintain compliance with the requirements of the grant funding programs and the agency providing the source of funds. 3. In cases where WQMPs are required, the consultant shall prepare all plans and documents related thereto 4.
