OC San seeks a qualified Contractor to collect and haul approximately 25 to 325 wet tons per day (tpd) of biosolids from OC San's Reclamation Plant No. 1 or Treatment Plant No. 2 or both to Inland Empire Regional Composting Facility (IERCF) located at 12645 Sixth Street in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. In addition, OC San may direct the Contractor to haul and transport its biosolids to alternative sites, as needed.
