As of October 15, 2024, project was awarded to FG Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $5,725,753.74. The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified vendors to provide construction services for the West Deerfield Drainage Improvement, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work, drawings and technical specifications of the above-mentioned Invitation to Bid Construction. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. Projected Award Date September 2024 Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess Florida State General Contractor's license or current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Bid Guaranty: Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, or other acceptable alternative, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (Refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
