The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from Contractors to provide construction services of the Pioneer Village Streetscape Improvements Project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work, technical specifications and plans of the above-mentioned ITBC. Broward County Surtax Funding applicable. CBE GOAL: 40% The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through online The Vendor must possess Florida Underground Utility & Excavation License, and the bidder may also be licensed with State General Contractor's license and current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information. Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, or other acceptable alternative, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (Refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
