City of Deerfield Beach, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, will receive sealed proposals from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, to create the City's Public Master Plan, as specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to include assisting City staff and the Public Art Committee in the administering, planning and managing of public art projects, public art events, and outreach. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through electronically. The Vendor must possess all Florida required licenses or current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
