THE SITE SERIAL NUMBER IS: 20222410442 The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for the mobilization and construction of the full-depth reclamation of Conahan and Powell Drives, which includes driveway adjustments, replacement of cross pipes, improvements of swales and roadway drainage, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned.
