Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Payson, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Nebo School District (the "School District" or "District") is accepting Bids from qualified and licensed Contractors ("Contractor" or "Contractors") for the construction and expansion of the parking lot at Barnett Elementary, located in Payson, Utah. (the "Project"). Concurrent with the signing of the contract with the District, the Contractor shall provide to the District the payment and performance bonds in the full amount of the Contract Price. Liquidated Damages. Liquidated damages for late completion in the following amounts: Days of Delay Amount for Each Day 1 to 30 $ 500.00 31 or more $ 1500.00 Question Deadline 07/27/2024 at 12:00 AM MT Any questions about his ITB must be submitted through electronically. It is Anticipated That Construction on This Project Will Begin on or About August 10, 2024, Substantial Completion Shall Be on or Before October 15, 2024, and Final Completion, Including All Punch List Items, Shall Be No Later Than November 1, 2024. The Agreement form between the School District and the successful Contractor is included in the Bid Documents. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid, in the best interests of the School District.
