An on-call contract for consulting services will be awarded to selected respondents in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. The contract term will be for 3 years and may be extended at the discretion of the City to the maximum 4 years allowed by RCW 35.23.352(13)(c). The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this RFQ, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Title VI Statement The City of Sequim, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Women- and minority-owned business enterprises (WMBE) and veteran-owned firms are encouraged to respond to this opportunity.
