The Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe (Tribe) is soliciting bids for supplying the logs without root wades and logs with root wads for the Lower Big Quilcene River Bridge Replacement Project - Floodplain Phase Wood Procurement. Project Name: Lower Big Quilcene River Bridge Replacement Project - Floodplain Phase Wood Procurement. Project Location: Lower Big Quilcene River RM 0 to RM 2.0 Bids received after the above referenced date and time will not be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the Tribe to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a bid. The Tribe reserves the right to re-advertise the bid when it is in the best interest of the Tribe. Supplier shall meet or exceed Jefferson County Davis Bacon Wage rates for any work that is performed on site and submit certified payroll reports documenting that the wage requirements are met. Bids from suppliers that are debarred, suspended or declared ineligible will be rejected. The Tribe will give preference to Alaska Native and Indian owned Economic Enterprises so long as the bid by the enterprise does not exceed the lowest bid by 5% and proves not less than 51% ownership. This is not a Federal Contract, responsibility for compliance with and enforcement of the contract resides with the Tribe. All work shall conform to the Washington State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, 2022 edition, the attached Special Provisions and the attached drawings. Project Schedule The following dates are the intended project schedule. The bid is to be based on the dates as noted below..
