This contract calls for installation of subsurface stormwater infiltration trenches, 6-inch storm sewer pipe, 8-storm sewer pipe, five type 1 catchbasins, 2 concrete stormfilter catch-basins (each with three filter cartridges), one coalescing plate oil/water separator, sawcutting, concrete demolition, asphalt demolition, landscape restoration, and restoration of pavement, sidewalk and curb and gutter, and temporary traffic control, and other associated work. All Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond payable to the "City of Sequim" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The City of Sequim expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the City.
