Site work for a water / sewer project in Sequim, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for PUD No. 1 of Clallam County, Transmission Rebuild Simdars Road to South Brown Road, Sequim, WA. The scope of work is for replacement of deteriorating wood poles with transmission, distribution, and fibber optics to fiberglass poles. A preliminary Project Plan and Schedule is requested to be submitted with the bid. Each bid must be accompanied, by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid. Sealed bids will be received by PUD No. 1 of Clallam County Attn: Contracts Coordinator, 100 Hooker Road, Sequim, WA 98382. If mailed, the bid must be in a sealed bid. envelope: with the: name and address of the Bidder and. bid number on the sealed envelope and then placed inside the delivery envelope to be mailed. Questions, clarifications, or requests must be received no later than Wednesday, April 2, 2025, 3 p.m., Pacific time, to be answered. If appropriate, the District will send explanations, interpretations, or modifications to all bidders by written addenda. Oral explanations and interpretations by the District shall not be binding. All addenda issued shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents.
