Parks ADA Transition Plan and Self-Evaluation The City of Sequim is seeking a qualified firm to assist with preparation of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. The ideal firm will have experience inspecting local government facilities for ADA Compliance and will have prepared ADA Transition Plans for local governments. The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this RFP, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. The City of Sequim in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities.
