Construction Management Consulting Services Tukwila Interurban Ave S Overlay Project the City of Tukwila Solicits Interest From Consulting Firms With Expertise in Construction Management Services for the Interurban Ave S Overlay Project. This Work Will Be for Approximately 250 Working Days With the Option for the City to Extend It for Additional Time and Money, if Necessary. Project Descriptions: The Interurban Ave S Overlay Project Includes the Following Improvements: Approximately 2.25 Miles of Pavement Repair and Overlay, Ada-improvements, and Curb and Gutter Repair. The Current Anticipated Award of Construction Contract for Interurban Overlay is Anticipated for Spring 2026. The Project is Expected to Have 250 Working Days. The Construction Budget is Estimated Between $4m - $4.5m. Any Questions Regarding This Project Should Be Directed to David Baus. Only Email Inquiries Will Be Accepted. a Voluntary Sbe Goal Amount of Ten Percent of the Consultant Agreement Has Been Established. The Consultant Shall Develop a Sbe Participation Plan Prior to Commencing Work. Although the Goal is Voluntary, the Outreach Efforts to Provide Sbe Maximum Practicable Opportunities Are Not. Responsiveness to the Rfq, Breadth and Depth of Response, 8. Approach to Construction Management Services, 9. Ability to Administer an Efficient/ Economical Construction Management Process, 10. Claims Control and Schedule Management Process, 11. Ability to Deliver Timely Response to Services *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
