Site work for a water / sewer project in Tukwila, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 1,600 linear feet of 8-inch duc- tile iron watermain on S 149TH Street and S 150th Street along with hydrants, valves, services, and other appurtenances. The work also includes replacement of one 12-inch check valve vault assembly, connections to the existing water system, trench repair, new ADA ramp and sidewalk improvements, and HMA grind and overlay. Bid proposal deposit in the form of a cash deposit certified or cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the City of Tukwila, for a sum not less than. five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. The Work to be performed with in 120 working days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
