Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tukwila, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project work includes approximately $1 Million dollars of pavement preservation; targeted ADA improvements; select curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement; guardrail repair; rechanelization within current paving limits; and select safety improvements within the project boundary The project scope will be broken into two schedules to be compensated by separate funding sources. The CM consultant will manage both schedules and coordinate all work through a single point of contact with the City's Project Manager. The project is expected to be bid in late 2026 with the majority of the construction happening during 2027. Physical Completion is anticipated by the end of June The contracted work includes both construction management services and material testing as appropriate for the complete scope. All work shall be in accordance with the Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) manual
