Mosier Hall Small Animal Surgical Suites Renovation-Addition - KSU Value: $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 Budget: $4,600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The existing building is a two-story building with concrete structure. Exterior walls are stone with CMU back up wall. Existing interior walls are generally 8" cmu and metal studs and plaster. Roof structure is a concrete slab with a low slope roof membrane atop rigid insulation. 2. The project will include new construction and renovation of the existing Small Animal Surgery Suite.
