The University is accepting quotations for the remodel of three dry labs in Throckmorton Hall. Project includes space reconfiguration, new finishes, built-in casework, and MEP modifications. Project to be awarded as a single contract for "Project as a Whole". Performance and Public bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by December 13, 2024. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University "On-Call" General Construction contract.
