Site work, new construction and addition to an educational facility in South Holland, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 69,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
This project entails constructing a new Allied Health Facility on the main campus of South Suburban College. This new addition consists of four stories and partial basement, encompassing a total of approximately 69,000 sq. ft. Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM Optional Site Visit: A/E will be hosting an optional site visit immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting, on TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm. Attendees must notify A/E no later than 48 hours prior to attendance date and time. Minority Goals: 20% MBE, 5% WBE, 3% VBE/PBE COST RANGE - under $45,000,000 Question Deadline 01/20/2025 All RFIs must be submitted as a PDF attachment to an email.
