The work shall be as shown and called for in the Contract Documents and shall include, but not be limited to, the following general items of work 1) Remove and dispose of existing playground rubber surfacing and equipment. 2) Install new playground equipment. 3) Install rubber safety matting. 4) Resurface and regrade asphalt ramp. 5) Furnish and install new handrails. 6) Install new block wall. 7) Install new chain link fencing. 8) Install landscaping. The Contractor will be required to mobilize to a location within thirty (30) working days of notification by the City of Yonkers. The Contractor must confirm with the City of Yonkers Engineering Department a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to commencing work at each location in regards to this contract. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to contact and obtain all Code 753 mark-outs for existing utility locations prior to commencing work at all locations.
