General Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to replace approximately 12 linear feet sanitary sewer line from and including the toilet flange in room A206 to and including the Y-connection in room A102 where the horizontal sanitary line transitions to the vertical sanitary sewer riser. Period of Performance is 30-Days after NTP. Deliverable: The construction contractor will do all work in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications related to project number 589A5-24-109 Replace Sanitary Sewer Lines BLDG -2 & 4, Topeka. All project work shall be installed in accordance with all applicable standards available at time of installation to include published commercial specifications as well as standards and preferences expressed in this document.
