Remodeling of a municipal facility in Hugo, Colorado. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
**As of August 30, 2024 Project were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Lincoln County, Colorado is requesting bids for the remodeling of three bathrooms in the Lincoln County Combined Courts to make them ADA compliant. Work will consist of cutting/framing walls and moving doors, installing new tile flooring, handicap railings, and ADA approved toilets. The successful bidder will also be responsible to subcontract electrical work to move light switches and add power above doors for handicap automatic door openers that the County will install. Please submit a proposed timeline with your bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit proof of worker's compensation, and liability insurance. This project is being partially funded by the State of Colorado Underfunded Courthouse grant funds. The successful bidder will be expected to sign an agreement with Lincoln County to proceed with the project. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
