Leaf Vacuuming. DURATION. This Contract shall be in effect from the 1st day of October, 2024, through and including the 31st day of December, 2026, unless extended or terminated as provided for herein. Scope of Work A. Leaf removals will take place at least once a week (preferably Mondays) startingmid-October 2024 and proceed until concluding on or about December 31, 2024. The contractor shall vacuum all loose leaves in piles located either at the curb or by the side of the streets. B. The contractor will be expected to vacuum each street at least once per week during the contract period. A map showing the current collection schedule is on the Town's website. C. All dump fees are the responsibility of the contractor. The leaves must be dumped at the Montgomery County Maintenance Facility on Brookville Road, unless another dump site is approved by the Town Manager. Summary of Work This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the vacuum collection and disposal of leaves, which is a once per week commitment for three months. The RFP is for a three (3) year contract. All work will be performed in a professional manner and all debris will be hauled away unless otherwise indicated. The RFP requires completion of the Village's Contract for Service, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Affidavit of Non-Conviction (links attached).
