To provide various types of equipment with experienced operators and supervision to perform liquid anti-icing, snow and ice removal services on General Purpose Lanes of the Beltway (I495) Interstate within Northern Virginia District. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Lora Hagarty at Lora.Hagarty@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 12:00 PM EST on August 18, 2025. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through June 30, 2027 (renewable) The purchasing office reserves the right to conduct any test it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
