Pump Station Preventative Maintenance Plan. References: Include references from previous clients or projects demonstrating the professional services provider's track record of success and client satisfaction. Introduction: Provide a brief overview of the project, its objectives, and the purpose of the RFQ. Scope of Work: Clearly outline the tasks and deliverables. Qualifications and Experience: o Professional engineering license and business license. o Experience in wastewater pumping stations o Experience in construction cost estimating o Familiarity with GIS technology and database management Page Limit: Proposals shall be limited to 20, one-sided pages. Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the project understanding and scope, qualifications and experience, staff experience and availability for the project, quality assurance, and risk management. Contractor Participation: The contractor selected for the condition assessment project will have the opportunity to bid on subsequent improvement projects based on their familiarity with the pump stations, their findings from the assessment phase, and bid amount. Interested parties are encouraged to carefully review and adhere to these requirements when preparing their proposals. Failure to comply with the specified guidelines may result in disqualification. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
