Jamestown Public School- Heating System Upgrades - Phase 2 Submission-Electrical Replacement of classroom radiant floor heat with UV heating Including the Successful Bidder Partial Reimbursement, in an Amount Equal to the Full Amount of Such Deposit for One Set of Plans and Specifications Per Unsuccessful Bidder or Non-bidder Less the Actual Cost Of Reproduction of the Plans and Specifications, Shall Be Made for the Return of All Other Copies of the Plans and Specifications in Good Condition Within Thirty (30) Days Following the Award of the Contract or The Rejection of the Bids Covered by Such Plans and Specifications. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, Duly Executed by the Bidder as Principal, and Having as Surety Thereon a Surety Company Approved by the Owner. Performance Bond and Payment Bond Equal to 100% Of the Contract Sum Are Required to Be Delivered at Time Contract is Signed With Owner No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Sixty (60) Days of the Date of the Bid Opening. The Jamestown City School District Reserves the Right to Waive Any Inconsistencies and to Reject Any or All Bids SED NUMBER: 06-17-00-01-0-014-012
