Renovation of a municipal facility in Jamestown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Reference Number: 0000357230 The Project consists of repairing select areas of the Jamestown City Hall roofing system. Job Location 200 E. Third Street Jamestown, New York United States 14701 Replace the roofing struction on top of City Hall inlucidng exterior paneling anchoring repair, new sealant, new SBS-modified roofing system, removal and reinstallation of corrugated metal panels and all other necessary components as outlined within the contract documents. Question Deadline 07/18/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Submit RFIs via online or via email to marucci@jamestownny.gov Pricing Lump sum Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Bids must be sealed in an envelope marked BID DOCUMENTS, project name, bidder's name and address, date and time of opening. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved
