Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The primary scope of work for this project is for a new Greenhouse structure for the Shelby County Public Schools. The Greenhouse will be located adjacent to Shelby County High School. This package includes procurement, fabrication, and installation of the Greenhouse System. Bids must be accompanied by certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid total, payable to the Shelby County Board of Education as stipulated in the information for bidders The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The premium for these bonds shall be 30included in the proposal amount.
