The City of Claremont, NH requests interested engineering firms to submit qualification statements for preparation of an Engineering Study, Design, & Construction Management regarding the replacement of two culverts carrying Grandy Brook under Washington Street. The City of Claremont has received a FEMA BRIC Scoping grant to complete services including engineering, environmental, hydraulic and feasibility studies, completing a benefit-cost analysis, and submitting a future application for full design and construction funding. This RFQ envisions the selected firm continuing to provide services for subsequent awarded stages of design and construction engineering/administration services. All questions must be in writing and submitted to Public Works at dpw@claremontnh.com The Preliminary Design scope of services is expected to be complete by August 1, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
