The City of Claremont is seeking the services of a qualified professional lawn care/ landscape business to provide the following winter maintenance at the Visitors Center and the Fiske Free Library. Shoveling main walkways, sidewalks, and secondary egresses (side doors) to the Visitor Center and the Fiske Free Library during winter months during hours of operation Salting or sanding as needed on the walkways and/or stairways Shoveling and Salting of the two Stairways leading from the Visitors Center parking lot, one down to the lower lot, and the other down to the pedestrian bridge For additional information call 603-504-0350. Note: This is an estimated effort in order to quantify yearly costs. Weather condition are unpredictable and will increase or decrease the listed man hours. Hourly rates requested in case of significant work increase, both parties can be aware of price increase. It is expected that the contractor will respond to miscellaneous request within a reasonable time frame. The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
