This project entails the installation and completion of ADA-compliant bathroom fixtures and finishes for four restrooms, along with the installation of baby changing stations in each restroom. The work includes the demolition of existing materials, installation of new ADAcompliant fixtures, finishes, and necessary mechanical components, as well as ensuring each restroom is equipped with a fully functional and safe baby changing station. The City of Claremont, NH (hereafter referred to as the "CITY") invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Arrowhead & Barnes Park Bathroom Accessibility Project (hereafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR"). Details of the project will be covered in the scope of work section of this document.
