Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a new student woodshop storage shed, a new 1hr exterior rated wall, and related site work. This project will be awarded to one contractor based on the lowest bid. The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain bids from qualified contractors to provide materials and perform the work to construct the woodshop storage structure according to the design drawings. ITB may be picked up by the following methods: By calling: 541-842-3780 By downloading from website or By emailing: Pam.Thoren@medford.k12.or.us The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
