For the Innovation Academy RTU Upgrade project Provide labor, materials removal, disposal and replacement of 6new package/Roof Top Units The district reserves the right to(1) reject any Proposal not incompliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it sin state bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest. Furnish and install all materials and equipment pertaining to the units. This includes items of a minor nature necessary to complete the installation for a fully functional system. Provide labor and materials removal, disposal and replacement of 6 new package/Roof Top Units as specified and as described in the following document. The current unit sizes will be verified onsite and will be replaced like-for-like. The contractor responsibilities include: 1) Obtaining all required permits from governing agencies. 2) Removing and installing the gas lines, and valves. 3) Removing and disposing of old units. 4) Purchasing of equipment listed below. 5) Ensure that all of the equipment is functioning correctly.
