The proposed scope of work under this RFP consists of working with the City project Manager to provide: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, investigation workplan and fieldwork, and investigation report. This grant is time sensitive and activities are expected to begin upon award to enable timely submission of final reports/documentation. Costs will need to be allocated among the various tasks as appropriate, and all assessment activities must meet federal and state requirements. The scope of work and approximate budget breakdown is as follows: A. Phase I ESAs: Conduct Phase I ESAs for approved sites. The consultant will prepare draft Phase I ESA reports, prepare final Phase I ESA reports based on review comments, and complete All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Checklists. The City received two Community Wide Assessment-Round 2 grants, $350,000 each. The grant term starts on March 29, 2024, and ends on March 28, 2026
