The SOQ shall include the following: Limited to a maximum of five (5) pages (8-1/2" x 11"), not including required resumes, typed using 12 font size or larger. Identify the Agreement project manager who will coordinate inspectors' assignments. Include full disclosure of any potential conflict of interest by the prime or any sub consultant. Include full disclosure of any potential conflict with the State Adverse Interest of State Advisor or Consultant Statute by the prime or any sub consultant. Include Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Construction Inspection Resume(s) for the Inspector(s)-in-Charge and any additional Transportation Construction Inspector(s). Resumes shall include the specific construction inspection certifications of each assigned staff member. Include the classification of each assigned staff member. Include the Rate Schedule for professional services. Include the names of any subconsultant companies or individuals, their respective position including certifications and Rate Schedule and their proposed task assignments. Include a draft copy of the firm's or individual's Terms and Conditions for contracted services. Include the firm's or individual's capacity, or availability of technical staff, to accomplish work in required time frames. The firm must be a registered ECMS Business Partner. The Township encourages responses from small firms, minority firms, and firms that have not previously performed work for the Township.
