Project: Station #86 Roof Replacement Sharonville Fire Department is accepting sealed bids for a single, lump sum general contract for the roof replacement of their existing 25,000 SF Station #86. The scope of the project includes the removal and replacement of existing asphalt and membrane roofs, replacement of up to 10% of existing plywood sheathing, removal and replacement of existing rubber paving system at training platform, and replacement of associated trim and flashing as indicated on the drawings. -New Roof Membrane & Installation -New Shingles & Installation -New Trim, Flashing, and Misc. Accessories -New Rubber Pavers & Installation The Project is roof replacement of the Sharonville Fire Department #86 based upon the construction documents prepared by the Architect. BASE BID: The estimated cost for the work is $ 300,000.00 Bidders shall acknowledge the Project completion time by signing in the space provided on the Bid Form. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
