Phase 1 includes all underground plumbing work which should be completed at a non-Prevailing Wage rate and should include downspout drains in all buildings, all underground utilities, water taps, and sewage. Additionally, there is one exterior floor drain at the rear of each building near the door location. This project involves the renovation of two existing apartment buildings on two separate and adjacent parcels, which consist of 12 units. The total square footage is approximately 9,187 square feet of occupancy space. Kaiker has been awarded this job and is seeking a professional and qualified subcontractor to provide construction services. Per previous solicitation, the Scope of Work includes: *New non-load bearing partitions, doors and windows. *New kitchens, living, bathrooms, bedrooms and interior finishes. *New laundry rooms and tenant lockers in basement. *No change in use, no change in area, no change in dwelling units quantity. Construction on the main project commenced August 2024. This part of the construction is expected to start approximately November 2024.
