**As of December 22nd, 2025, the project was awarded to Wilcox Contracting LLC, with an awarded amount of $595,723.58** Owner Number: 137408SG2024 Description: The Project includes the following Work: HMA shared use path construction, HMA parking lot and driveway, and pedestrian bridges This project is funded with Council of Michigan Foundations Funds. All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does require Davis-Bacon wage rates and Build American, Buy America. The Elliott Larson Civil Rights Act will be followed as well as the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Contractors will observe the Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act. When economically feasible, the project requirements may be divided into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by veteran-owned, small and minority businesses, and women's business enterprises.
