Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Madison, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of October 23, 2024, all trades have been awarded by the construction manager. Construction is expected to start June 2025 and complete early September 2025. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The work will be accomplished through a contract with Lac qui Parle Valley Schools, ISD 2853, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following category of work will be bid (subject to change): Audio Visual Systems. Material Only Categories: None. If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract for such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312/CM, in the amount equal to 100% payment. This project is part of the larger Bond Improvements that is already under construction as of July 22, 2024, under a separate listing. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
