Site work and renovation of a civil project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The improvements includes cleaning of approximately 1,923 CY of debris from an existing 115-foot diameter wastewater digester and replacement of the existing digester gas holding membrane. Work includes inspecting and cleaning the tank, replacing the membrane cover, modifying the air recirculation discharge piping and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 663-299/311 located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3000 Vandalia Road, Des Moines, Iowa This project shall be fully completed not later than February 13, 2026 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $2,223,821.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Citys Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72%
