Site work and paving for a road / highway in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Projects to be completed by September 30, 2024. The contractor is responsible for all legal signing and traffic control. All work must comply with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation standard specifications for highway construction. Conditions: It is the Town Board's desire that all Additional Scope of Projects: 1. Bacon Rd, Cold Mix Asphalt paving. CTH O to Old County I Rd. Full Matt and Wedge most broken up areas. 1,450'x16'x1.5" and 3,075'x 5'or 6'x 1" and 1.5". 2. Partridge Rd, Cold Mix Asphalt paving. Do dge Rd to CTH O. Full mat and Wedge most broken up areas. 2,740'x16' (17' on West end) x1.5"and 2,150'x5'x1". 3. Mills Rd intersection with Do dge Rd, Cold Mix Asphalt paving. 250'x16'x1.5". 4. Janke Rd new gravel base CTH O to 1,100' north: 1,100'x16'x5". The Town of Manchester reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids most advantageous to the Township. Consideration will be given to the Town Budget restraints and project priorities.
